About the Journal
Jurnal Hukum Ekualitas (JHE) is a publishing initiative of PT. Kaka Media Visi Sistematis for the electronic dissemination of scientific articles in the field of law. The journal is expected to be a means of disseminating knowledge, ideas, thoughts, and research results from researchers and practitioners regarding various matters related to legal science.
The focus and scope of JHE include but are not limited to civil law, criminal law, procedural law, business law, constitutional law, state administrative law, international law, environmental law, sharia economic law, health law and other legal fields.
JHE is to be published periodically every 6 months or 2 times a year with Number 1 January-June (Jan-Jun) and Number 2 July-December (Jul-Des).
The journal accepts manuscripts written in Indonesian and English that can be understood by a wide range of readers, both researchers and practitioners. Manuscripts submitted to Jurnal Hukum Ekualitas must have never been published elsewhere, in accordance with the scope of the journal and writing guidelines.
Currently there are no fees in the manuscript publishing process charged to authors. Costs from submission to publication or publication fees such as submission fees, editorial processing charges, Article Processing Charges (APCs), page charges and color charges at JHE are free.
The copyright of the article belongs to JHE. The journal implements an open access policy with a Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial 4.0 International license where the contents of the journal published electronically are free to access without charge immediately after the journal or article is published. Users have the right to read, download, reproduce, distribute, print, search or create links to the full manuscript and use it for any lawful purpose. Authors of articles published in JHE are allowed to archive the PDF version of the published article anywhere. For example, in university repositories or researcher social media such as ResearchGate and Academia.
